The scale doesnt go any higher. They did everything we asked, quickly and efficiently, and were very inventive and flexible, which was necessary as we were abroad throughout the process. We were not able to meet with Mike or get the house ready to sell ourselves due to the pandemic and being located on the opposite side of the country, so we relied on Mike almost entirely and he really came through for us. We were in daily (and sometimes hourly) contact as decisions had to be made, and he was extremely helpful and thorough. We would highly recommend Mike to anyone buying or selling.

This time I was selling my condo and he was a great agent to work with. I ended up quickly getting a cash buyer with a quick close, above my listed price! I would definitely recommend him to friends.
